ಜಿಕೆವಿಕೆ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಚಿಕ್ಕೋನಹಳ್ಳಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಆಹಾರ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮ ನಡೆಸಿದರು. (preparation of ragi malt)

ಚಿಕ್ಕೋನಹಳ್ಳಿ, ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್ 20, 2024 – ಕೃಷಿ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯ, ಜಿಕೆವಿಕೆ, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು (ಯುಎಎಸ್) ರಾವೇ (ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಕೃಷಿ ಕಾರ್ಯ ಅನುಭವ) ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆಹಾರ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನದ ಕುರಿತು ಚಿಕ್ಕೋನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಶಸ್ವಿಯಾಗಿ ಕಾರ್ಯಾಗಾರವನ್ನು ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿದರು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮವು ರಾಗಿ ಮಾಲ್ಟ್ ತಯಾರಿಕೆಯ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ವಿವರಿಸಲು ಉದ್ದೇಶಿಸಲಾಗಿತ್ತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕೃಷಿ ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಗಣ್ಯ ಪ್ರಾಧ್ಯಾಪಕರಾದ ಡಾ.ರೂಪಾ ಬಿ. ಪಾಟೀಲ್, ಡಾ.ರಿಂಕು ವರ್ಮಾ, ಡಾ.ಅನಿತಾ, ಮತ್ತು ಡಾ.ರಂಗನಾಥ್ ಹಾಜರಿದ್ದರು. ಇವರ ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನವು ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಆಹಾರ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು …

ಗಾಂಧಿ ಕೃಷಿ ವಿಜ್ಞಾನ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಅಂತಿಮ ವರ್ಷದ ಬಿಎಸ್ಸಿ ಕೃಷಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿ ಗಳ ವತಿಯಿಂದ ಕುಣಿಗಲ್ ತಾಲೂಕ್ ಹುಲಿಯೂರುದುರ್ಗ ಹೋಬಳಿ ಚೌಡನಕುಪ್ಪೆ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬರುವ ಚಿಕ್ಕೋನಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಉಚಿತ ಮಣ್ಣು ಪರೀಕ್ಷಾ ಶಿಬಿರವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸಲಾಯಿತು. ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಚೌಡನಕುಪ್ಪೆ, ನೀಲಸಂದ್ರ ,ಹೇರೋಹಳ್ಳಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ರೈತರನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಂತೆ ತಾಲೂಕಿನ ವಿವಿಧ ಗ್ರಾಮಗಳ ರೈತರಗಳು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು. ಕೃಷಿ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಖುದ್ದಾಗಿ ರೈತರ ಹೊಲಗಳಿಗೆ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಿ ನೂರಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಮಣ್ಣಿನ ಮಾದರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಗ್ರಹ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದರು. ಕೃಷಿ ವಿಸ್ತರಣೆ …
