Participatory rural appraisal

We had conducted the PRA techniques to create the awareness about the resources available in village so that they could utilise them to increase the income.

Pra techniques conducted are

Village transact to know about the village know-how and locations of major buildings like hospital school anganwadi.

Social map to know the available schools temples and other buildings

Resource map to know the location of forest fields crops grown and many more

Mobility map to know the movement of people from ajjawara and transport they use with the cost they occur.

Seasonal analysis is done to know the seasonal operations done by the farmers in agricultural work

Daily routine map is drawn to know the daily work done timely by a farmer

Time line and time trend analysis is done to know the changes that took place in village that had an impact on the village development

Problem tree is done to know the problems of farmers in agriculture that could be addressed by us in night meetings

Solution tree is also created to give solutions to the problems faced by the farmers in agriculture

These helped us in planning the night meetings and also this helped the farmers to gain interest in attending the programs conducted by us in future.
