On 21st of December, 2023, a training programme was held on cake making, coconut cookie and donut preparation.Around 40 women actively participated in the programme.
In this programme, Dr. Ashwini, Bakery training specialist, Hebbal involved all the women of the village and gave training for them regarding the bakery products preparation.
The ingredients and equipments needed for the products preparation which were not available in the village, like yeast, pineapple essence, cherry, oven, etc. were brought by them.
The list of ingredients needed and procedure of products preparation was explained by her along with which another bakery specialist demonstrated the same in front of the village women.
At last, the bakery food products prepared were served to the villagers for tasting and feedback collection.
