Research Note Book

  1. The research notebook consists of 100 pages serially numbered
  2. Students should record their research observations duly in the research notebook only.
  3. Only blue or black ballpoint pend shall be used for recording observations
  4. The concerned student is responsible for the loss or damage of the book/pages
  5. Overwriting strictly prohibited
  6. Students should carry research notebook always during discussions with major advisor/members of the advisory committee
  7. Students should submit the observation record to the major advisor for approval once in fortnight
  8. The advisory committee shall meet once every semester to review the progress of the student
  9. The advisory committee can indicate necessary suggestions in the research notebook
  10. Research notebook is the property of the university and the concerned student shall pledge the completed research notebook to the respective department at the time of final viva-voce and submit an acknowledgement to the directorate along with form 6
