We did a Method Demonstration on Value addition of Tomato by preparing Tomato Sauce and Ketchup.
Both the products are similar except the spice added. For Sauce we don’t add any Spices but for Ketchup it’ll be added.
Lot many of the villagers had attended the program on to know some interesting things and they appreciated our cooking skills and they said what we prepared for tasty
