On the eve of 20th October everything was ready to start our first meeting with the villagers. Everything was clean and clear that we fried our best to deliver something new to the unknown people in the society.
It was a hectic day that till noon we invited each and everyone whom we visit while collecting the data and we requested everyone to attend the meeting. We prepared well enough to deliver the best to our village farmers
Here I have added some of our Preparations to the event.
General Meeting
After all these preparations, the meeting began at 6.00 PM. The Village Head and Vice President Mr. BN Raghavendra, PDO Mr. Madivalappa, Progressive farmers Mr. Bylappa, Mr. Nanjappa, Ex President of Mudugere, KMF Veterinary Doctor: Shivaprasad and other dignitaries were present on the dias
The program was hosted by Mr. Prajwal Kumar SK with his beautiful song and the guests were welcomed by Ms. Rachana TK. Later the objectives of our RAWEP was explained by Ms. Nivya V. Here comes the main part, SPEECH BY THE GUESTS. Starting from PDO, ge stated to extend his support till the end of our RAWE. Later Sri BN Raghavendra also assured us the same.
KMF Veterinary Doctor, Shivaprasad was a student and alumni of GKVK Bengaluru so he spoke in favour of us. Finally all the elders were very happy on our arrival for the village for the camp
World Food Day
It was addressed by Mr. Mithun C, he explained about the history and importance of the world food day. He continued with explaining the RDA of each food group to different categories of working people.
As a part of world food day, a special drink was made by Ash Gourd. The importance of Ash Guard was explained by Ms. Pravallika K and everyone enjoyed the drink with the fullest curiosity
Here the program comes to an end . Ms Sahana took the mic to extend the vote of thanks to the people who were present in the General meeting. The meeting ended with beautiful memories.
