write an e-mail to someone famous anywhere in the world
thank the famous person for what they have done, acknowledging something that they have accomplished, asking a simple question or offering to help them in some way.
For example, a student who is interested in technology and/or philanthropy could write a letter to Bill Gates thanking him and possibly asking for advice.
If you receive any correspondence back from that individual, present the class about your experience.
