Students who are going to register for RAWE in I semester of 2021-22 are informed to take a note of the schedule of activities. The first activity – orientation will be done online. Students are advised to get vaccinated immediately and it’s compulsory for RAWE village placement.

Students will have to directly go to the identified village which shall be assigned during last leg of orientation.

Those who have not vaccinated so far, explore different sources for vaccination and request the authorities to consider your case on priority for vaccination as you have to report for village placement on 29th July 21 for learning as well as serve farmers through front line extension activities.
As the covid center is not vacated from hostel premises, the possibility of calling students to GKVK is ruled out. Hence all the students need to get vaccinated wherever you are and report directly to the villages which will be intimated during orientation.
Further those who have submitted photos, some of your photos are not clear, not cropped, casual photos like photo taken during vaccination, etc.
Upload again a clear and decent looking with 3X4 ratio. These photos will be used for printing in manual, website and other relevant professional requirements. Possibilities are there for printing your face in masks/T shirts. So reload good photos. Submitted form is editable.
Those students recovered from covid and in waiting period for vaccination need to upload your covid positive report in the given form and also need to test freshly and give covid negative report while reporting on 29.7.21 to the assigned villages.
